Troubleshooting
Client Files
If you can run game client but can't connect to the server, the most common issue is missing or corrupted client files. Windows Defender, antivirus software, or other programs running on your computer sometimes interfere with the game client. They block or delete main.exe, IGC.dll files or edit required files that our antihack system protects. Please try to add game client files to exclusions in your antivirus, onedrive, windows defender and check other programs may be editing your client files.
The most common connection issues are related to client files modification. Ensure your client files are not modified by any program in your computer.
MSVCP100.dll Error
Error: Cannot find 'MSVCP100.dll'. Please, re-install this application.
Download the required Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package
.Net Framework
Error: Can not open client
If you can't run game client for unknown reason, please try downloading the required .NET Framework version from microsoft. Ensure you have that version or higher is already installed.
Hardware Acceleration
Error: Your screen goes black suddenly while playing the game.
Turn Hardware Acceleration off in the game settings.
Memory Integration
Error: Other Connection Issues
Disable memory integration core isolation in your computer's settings.
Main.exe Compability

Right click on main.exe and enable the compatibility mode with windows 7 selection.
IGC.dll modified
Error: IGC.dll, main.exe or another critical file has been modified.
Add client files and folder to exclusions in your antihack and onedrive. Then extract the original files from the game installation package.
